Capturing light,
shadow, and quiet
stories across Chicago.

I photograph fashion stories, campaigns, and portraits for editors and brands who care what a frame feels like, not just what it shows. Most shoots book four to six weeks out. Tell me the date and what you're making, and I'll tell you straight away whether I'm the right person for it.

About

Eleven years,
still shooting slow.

I learned to print in a shared darkroom in Pilsen, where every frame cost money, and I never lost the habit of working slowly. I still shoot fewer pictures than most photographers on set and spend the extra time watching the light move.

Editors keep calling because I read a run-of-show and hand back a set that actually cuts together across a spread. Brands call because the files arrive graded, retouched, and sized for every placement they paid for. Either way, I keep the crew small and the day calm — nobody makes good pictures in a room full of noise.
